     - 6 Oz Tequila

     - 3 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

 

- 1/4 Cup Perrier Lime

- 1 Tsp Agave Nectar

What are sprouts (aka Microgreens) exactly? Well, there are about as many different types as there are edible plants. Broccoli sprouts, bean sprouts, dandelion sprouts… every root based vegetable starts as a sprout. Technically making them baby vegetables. They're inexpensive, have a long shelf life in the refrigerator, and add so many additional nutrients to your meals!

The vitamin E content in broccoli sprouts, for example (which  boosts your immune system and protects cells from free radical damage) can be as high as 7.5 mg in a cup of broccoli sprouts compared to 1.5 mg in the same amount of raw or cooked broccoli.

SPICY TUNA BURGER WRAP

Packed with protein! The perfect post workout meal or quick bite. 

Ingredients: 

     - 1 Can Albacore Tuna (No Salt Added)

     - 1 Egg

     - Finely Chopped Red Onions

     - Finely Chopped Red Peppers

     - 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour

     - 3/4 Avocado For Garnish

     - 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste or Unsweetened      Ketchup

Instructions: 

- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- Drain and rinse Tuna from the can

- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until a consistent texture. 

- Roll and flatten the mixture into however many desired patties and place onto baking tray. 

 

- 1  1/2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic

- 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Chipotle Pepper

          Optional Ingredients: 

- Feta/Goat Cheese

- Salt to taste. 

- Sriracha Sauce

 

- Place into oven for 10 minutes. (Or until cooked through) 

- Flip patties over for the remaining 5 minutes.
